Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Alfredo Sauce
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and milk, stirring continuously.
- Add Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and nutmeg. Stir until the sauce thickens (about 5 minutes).
- Remove from heat and set aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Ricotta Mixture
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
Step 3: Assemble the Lasagna
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce.
- Add a layer of cooked lasagna noodles.
- Spread a portion of the ricotta mixture over the noodles.
- Sprinkle shredded chicken on top.
